At Big Salt Charters, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour or charter to avoid being charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
If Big Salt Charters must cancel your trip due to unsafe weather or water conditions, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your charter for another available date.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations often prevent us from rebooking your reserved time. Your cooperation helps us continue providing exceptional experiences on the water.
